I provide empowering, goal-oriented therapy to help clients move toward the future with confidence.
I specialize in helping LGBTQIA+ folks who are struggling with self-esteem and traumatic experiences to learn to love and accept themselves by getting to know themselves better and removing negative thought patterns.
I also specialize in helping passionate students and/or professionals who are struggling with perfectionism and negative inner-critic messages to learn to soothe their nervous system by engaging in mindfulness and putting themselves first.
WHY WORK WITH ME:
I have lived experience as well as professional experience when dealing with healing from attachment wounds, traumatic experiences, and the dissociative, depressive, and anxiety symptoms that often come along with post traumatic stress.
